Someone on the psoriasis team said to try apple cider vinegar so when my head gets itchy i pour some on a cotton ball and dab all over the itchy spots. this does releave the itch.

Wet towels and freeze. Good for a quick fix! Also aloe spray (the cooling kind for sunburns) helps some.

I take an antihistamine every day chat helps as you build up a level in your body. If scalp: Have you tried dermovate scalp treatment. Clears any breakouts on my head within 2 days. Good stuff. I found a good old exfoliate with a home made sugar scrub and then moisturise after bath or shower with coconut oil then dry self and then apply topicals. It does get dull but all helps. Good luck X

I rotate every two days between CeraVe, Eucerine and Cetaphyl. All are expensive, but by rotating, they last longer. Also found one at the Dollar store called Dermasil (now $1.25) but can just lather it on when really itching - before bed, middle of the day. It comes with aloe or regular.

I use eucerene calming cream for dryness and itch.
