DIET
Has anyone changed their eating habits since being diagnosed?
I continue to change my diet...not everyone believes in it but I really do...Sugar huge factor! I went to a nutropath and she said no gluten eggs etc after doing some testing..and to change up my protein not to eat the same things constantly...Eggs has been the most difficult thing for me to give up..I love them...Going from eating two a day to two a week..I still need that little fix...I'm an egg junkie :D But yes it food for certain makes a major impact!
Yes. Drastically! I used to be a carb and sweet junkie. Now I kicked out all gluten. so no more breads, donuts, buns. I eat only organic fruit and vegetables. I have bought all the gluten free flours to try out baking gluten free breads and desserts.
Some say its to expensive. But I found out it's not. once you rid your cupboard of all the junk. You learn to eat right and healthy. it will not happen overnight. It's worth it. I've lost 11lbs by changing what I eat. I feel better too. Sure I still have my bad days, but they aren't as bad as they use to be.
not really
i love tomatoes, freshly grown, love them, i think i need to avoid them. But its so hard! :(
I heard tomatoes will make psoriasis worst..since i had psoriasis i avoid eating tomato and eggplan
