I haven't got to a stage of having some control over the inflammation. Once this all calms down a bit, what can I expect?

Hydrotherapy in heated pool works the best.

I go to boot camp and walk. My trainer and i have modified some of the activities for me, so I don't open up my hands, which predominately where my psoriasis is, after i have a warm shower and put my cream on, if i do that i am ok. I also swim in summer and paddle board. Swimming at the beach is amazing for psoriasis, i can't explain the feeling, but when the salt water hits my skin, its like heaven, that's the best way to explain it.

Warm water hydrotherapy is very soothing and does give you more movement.
There are a few heated pools in our area.
Albany Creek leisure centre has good physios at same location.
They can design a suitable program for you.
Not easy getting going when you feel physically challenged but it is best to keep moving.
Good luck...๐Ÿ˜Š
