It's the only thing that works for me...40 years as a sufferer n only sunbed or hospital uvb treatment works..as long as u don't abuse it and check your skin for moles etc I would recommend

Any sort of ultra violet will help,but the targeted narrow band uvb machines are the ones used in hospital.
I have used these to varying degrees of success.
The tanning machines in salons are not the narrow band type.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Natural Mediterranean sun always helps me.

It does help.mine clears up a lot in the summer then I try and use sunbeds about once a month through the winter

Yes, absolutely. It is almost like a miracle. I usually only do about 6 mins. In the winter, 2-3 times a week. In the summer less, because then I lay out in the sun. Not excessively.
