Can anyone recommend anything for the palm of my hands. It's so embarrassing.

I also have it on my hands & the bottoms of my feet. I don't call attention to it so handshakes are no problem. I have a standing prescription for the clobetisol. It does nothing for me. Vaseline seems to dry my feet worse. Walking is sometimes a problem.

This is where I was for quite a while. Clobetesol ointment was the only thing that works. I have it on the bottoms of my feet as well and that's so hard to recover from. Anyone else with that struggle?
And for those with it on your hands how do you deal with handshakes?

I use Cetraben dermatoligical cream it is approx. £10 for a pump but you can get it on prescription like I do and I am 69 so it is free for me. But honestly it is brilliant, I notice that all my GP's have a pump next to the sinks in their surgeries and they love it too.

I have the same problem with my hands and feet. My Derm told me it’s Palmoplanter Psoriasis. I wore fingerless gloves to my husband’s memorial service because my hands looked like hamburger!! I spent 6 months wearing slippers everywhere because I couldn’t wear shoes; it was too painful. I use Clobetasol Propionate and Calcipotriene ointment which helps and Gold Bond Diabetics Dry Skin Relief lotion. My Derm just started me on Skyrizi shots (biologic) and we’ll see how that works. I’m already on Remicade infusions for Psoriatic Arthritis.

I have suffered for 30 years. From October 2017 till Jan 2018 was the worst it had ever been. The photo of my hand was from a few years ago. Which looks real good compared to my last flare up. I was in so much pain I was grinding my teeth and not getting much sleep. No amount of lotions creams or water I drank was helping. I had so many band aids on I couldn't function. I for a miracle. Psoriasis MG217 extra strength 2% coal tar. I put this on a wear non powder vinyl gloves. I also use cetaphil moisturizing cream in between times. Especially after washing my hands. My hands are more normal now than they have been in years. Hardly have to use band aids anymore. I always cream up and wear gloves when I'm working. Have to take ever precaution to keep flare ups down to a minimum. I'm also a drummer so being all taped up made it almost impossible to hold drum sticks. Psoriasis MG217 is the best thing I have ever found. Believe me I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 30 years with dermatologist and ever cream and oil I could find. Nothing comes close to this miracle in a jar.
