I have had psoriasis off and on under my nails for several years now. When it gets bad, I use some of my Clobetasol Propionate .05% cream. I kinda just rub a little bit in under my nails, it helps if i use it everyday for about a week on and off. It is a steroid so make sure you talk to your doctor about it first.

Hi Michelle, is your psoriasis showing up on your toes and fingers as brown spots? That's how mine appeared. My Dr also told me there was nothing to be done. In vain I would put nail polish on. Humira has cleared my nails.

My doctor told me there's nothing for toe/finger nails, I saw something online and it says to rub vickx vapour into your nails at night, then put gloves and socks on, but may take a few weeks x

Ive notice that im starting to get it under my right toenail, its freaking me out a little..ive donr the soaking of the feet in apple cider vinger and doing the vics rub too...ive even use fungus nail to put on it..i usually paint them, but they say to let your nails breath, so ill go with out nail polish for a week, it kinda helps..

What has helped me with the nail pitting and discoloration is an anti fungal nail "polish" for lack of better words. Most pharmacies carry it. Been suffering with this curse for over 40 years.
