Alcat! Fired the allergist on the first visit-he was horribly wrong! I had a TON of food allergies-wheat, corn, soy being the top three-but full letter size sheet front and back of trigger foods like that! As my late husband used to say, drs practice....they don’t always know.

Yes!!! My husband found Alcat blood test when allergist wanted to charge me $500+ to check for 5 foods and told me I couldn’t possibly have food allergies-kids have food allergies. Alcat was about 2/3 the cost and checked for 125+ foods and I think I was allergic to 100+...wheat, corn and soy being the top 3! I changed diet radically and the skin settled down. Unfortunately, no one connnected the pain that started when I did (and hence stopped all the steroids) with psoriatic arthritis! So now I have the arthritis but my skin very very rarely flares. I’ve been able to integrate a lot of foods back in-acupuncture and diet change over years and my allergies changed as well. So do check out Alcat. Pricy but they give you A LOT of info and support!
