A lot of people think that PA isnt a big deal . just arthritis. They dont realize that its similar to RA but not. PA affects the joints around knees fingers hips etc. My fingers look like regular arthritis but I have PA. My knuckles are swollen my knees are swollen and PA twist your ligaments around so it is not given the attention it shld be given. Well, not until celebrities got it and now there are so many ads on tv now ,its wild?

Hi,
I would recommend seeing a rheumatologist for a diagnosis. All of the symptoms seem to point to psoriatic disease. It sounds like you suffer from PsA (psoriatic arthritis). Hope this helps. Good luck and be sure to post the diagnosis you get.
Unfortunately the first rheumatologist I saw felt I did not have any rheumatic disease. I eventually (almost 2 years later) saw a new rheumatologist, who diagnosed my psoriatic disease. So, if you do not get a diagnosis from the first doctor, see another one. So glad I did.
Feel better.
