Anyone Try Cutting Meat And Processed Food?
Several months ago I cut meat and processed food from my diet. Adding certain things back in as I go. Only issue is G.I. problems. Dors anyone use a plant based probiotic that works?
Tomatoes are considered one of the nightshade foods to avoide and oranges are citrus and would be considered to have acidic. Research nightshades. Reintroduce later to see if you can tolerate.
I stopped eating beef, which I typically had 3 times a week. I think it's helping. I caved one night and had a small piece of steak and was super itchy all night....
I have found that processed meat definitely aggravates my psoriasis.
