Itchy Ankles And Feet

I don't have any psoriasis on my feet but they get super itchy - especially at night, which keeps me awake for hours sometimes.

I also suffer from freezing cold feet in bed but can't wear socks as it makes my feet itch so bad. My ankles also get very itchy but there's hardly any scales there. I also itch underneath my toenails which I can't scratch! Gah!

Have your physician check to see if you may have a fungal infection between your toes etc. Itching around the ankle could also be caused by medication. Are you diabetic? I sometimes feel crazy at night with the itching. One more thing - have uric acid level checked. Otherwise, good luck!

I have psoriasis onmy feet which chcan be super itchy, but i always have skin coming off either by flaking or peeling.

My feet burn, my ankles itch so bad and I get so itchy. On Neurontin for diabetic neuropathy. I dread going to bed! I bought some peppermint/ lemon creme which calms it somewhat.
