You may be putting too much pressure on the pen when you inject! It’s happened to me before . Just sit the pen gently on your skin and inject! I hope this helps

If you have too much muscle in the area you're injecting it will do the same thing. I was getting mine in my thigh but I am muscular there so I had my hubby give me an injection in my stomach (scared to death) it hurt less and I didn't lose nearly as much liquid.

Whoever did it needs to fix it. The taltz and tremfya shots were much less painful. Siliq was the best.
