How much turmeric do you take and how often?

Tried the turmeric for arthritic knees. This also sent the scalp psoriasis into remission. What a wonderful drug. No side effects! Have also cut down on red wine, add avocado to my diet. Will now cut out tomatoes . DASH DIET also helps.

I will definately be trying this. My psoriasis is on the soles of my feet and palms of my hands and Im finding it difficult. The arthritis is actrial itself. My feet and hands flared up after a major stressful event. My main itching is at night and interferes even more eith my sleep patterns.

Hi Geraldine. Sorriy I haven't been on here much. I use turmeric (fresh root or ground) and black pepper a lot in my cooking to replace curry. I also make turmeric tea with fresh root and ginger.
