Hydroxyzine 25mg 2x's a day is what I use. It am pretty sure that it isn't over the counter & has to be prescribed by a physician/Dermatologist
I have used zyrtec for years. Amalactin lotion is slso go. Keep it lubricated.☺

I have taken Benadryl and that helps allot! Plus it makes me tired so helps me relax
