Has anyone ever had multiple medications stop working for them? About 5 years ago I was managing with just topicals and light treatment. Then I got a bad case of strep and my plaques exploded and covered my whole body. I was itching in my sleep and leaving bloody patches on my sheets. I felt like Pig Pen from Charlie Brown. I really suck at responding where I want to. To Kirakira243...That seems to be the way it goes, you try something and it works great but then you become imune to it or whatever and it stops working. That's why I never wanted to try any of these biologics or meds that the side effects seem worse that your condition. Plus, the are not a cure. We have to be able to find a cure ourselves. I am really trying hard to follow a different life plan, eating differently and more. I will share it once I get a program going that shows promise. Hang in there!

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member Hang in there! I notice that physical activity helps ease my anxiety and alleviates depression but haven’t noticed a change in my skin when I work out more. It’s definitely tough to get momentum going to be active every day once you’ve stopped. I’m trying to run more now that the gym is closed. I hope you can find the motivation to get moving!

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member you became immune to the light therapy too? That’s so disappointing. Have you tried anything else?
