Any Suggestions For OTC Creams & Lotions?

I've been trying several different prescription creams & lotions (steroidal), with no results. I'm also doing narrow band UVB light therapy, as I can't tolerate oral or injectable medications. Has anyone had success with over the counter creams/lotions for psoriasis?
