I also have on my palms and fingers all ointments perscribed same thing it starts to go away then comes right back i found an all natural cream that seems to be working for me go to smiles and joy.com i ordered from there but ive also noticed that if i dont use my hands at all it clears up faster. Problem is i cant not use my hands its hard not to ive also used straight oat meal mix with water and alo vera put on my hands and put gloves on also hand mask sold at wall mart helps with the dryness that occures when hands ar healing but so far the cream i bought smiles and joy works best because it takes all symptoms away itching burning.Good luck to ya and have a great day
