My experience is any dandruff shampoo wash hair, rinse wash again and leave in for 20 minutes once-a-day✓
I am given prescription so that's good. I use it on areas needed, wash with my regular great for hair shampoo and wait then n was out😉😎 happy happy

Hi HelenENeibauer. This is quite a common Question among The Team. If U have a Dermatologist ask for Mycolog Wash Solution. If in The Grocery Isle [OTC] Neutrogena T/Gel or Selsun Blue Naturals.🙂

Tips:
- Rotate Shampoos: To prevent your scalp from getting used to one ingredient, consider rotating between different shampoos.
- Use Conditioner: To maintain the softness and appearance of your hair while using medicated shampoos.
- Consult a Dermatologist: To determine which ingredients will work best for your specific symptoms.

Additional Options:
- Topical Corticosteroids: For moderate to severe cases, shampoos containing clobetasol propionate can be highly effective and safe for daily use up to four weeks.

User Recommendations:
- Capasal Shampoo: Available in most pharmacies.
- OGX Teatree Mint Shampoo: Reported to be helpful.
- Denorex Shampoo: Used successfully by some for over 30 years.

Always consult with a healthcare provider to tailor treatments to your specific needs and to understand potential side effects.
