I find diprosalic ointment the best for my psoriasis plaques. I don’t use anything else except betnovate scalp lotion as I can’t put the ointment in my hair. I’ve managed to clear plaques from my elbow and genital area successfully with diprosalic ointment when I have used it twice daily for a couple of weeks. I’ve never got it back on my elbow!
