I use herbal salves from Green Goo: I have first aid, pain relief, dry skin. Different herbs have different properties. Currently, I am experimenting with Mankula essential oil on nails and some plaques. Hasn't helped nzils but has helped plaque. I am looking into Mankula Honey Ointment, a lot of brands, none cheap (Mankula is a plant, Mankula Honey is from bees who pollinate the Mankula plant in New Zealand)

Very thick Sorbolene cream and cotton gloves. I used them for about 6 months until my nails and split fingers cleared up, and also had to carefully watch my diet.
I now just use the Sorbolene on my feet at night so that it can do its job while I sleep. It also stays on my hands during the night too.
These were my fingers at their worst. Been clear now for about 5 years.

I use Sudocreme. Its actually a natural product that our grandma's used to make for babies nappy rash. It has instant pain relieving qualities, and rapid healing. I use it on my hands and feet as well as any cuts or grazes I get in daily life. Works like magic.
When our grandmothers made it, it was called Zinc and Castor Oil, and those are the ingredients used in Sudocreme.....although Sudocreme has a much nicer smell. A friend of mine was a boilermaker and work woolen sox. He told me that when he welds, the sparks fly down and land on his sock tops, but he has to wear the woolen ones fro H&S. However, the heat from the sparks had caused a nasty rash along where the top of his sox were, and he told me he'd tried everything the doctor had given him over the past 5 years, but nothing worked. I gave him my container of Sudocreme and he called me 5 days later and said the rash had all but disappeared. He was so excited.
So, try it, and remember to cover with a bandaid after otherwise you'll get it all over your clothing.
You won't be disappointed.

I got a prescription for clobetasol. It is difficult if the blisters and peeling are on your hands. Consider cotton gloves to help keep them moisturized and help keep ointments on you and off of everything else.
