Compression gloves are good. You can find them on Amazon for less than $20. I often get terrible stabbing pains in my hands and fingers. I use muscle freeze spray to help, but be careful with it.

Hello brave people. I have discovered that squeezing a tennis ball, helps with my hands and fingers pain, after a couple days the pain is less, I think it's helping me with my thumbs pain to. I guess it's one more thing to do daily to feel better. Have a healthy and happy new year.

I’ve had lots of pain in my fingers, & hands up to my elbows. I’m now experiencing severe pain my my left shoulder & upper arm that I’ve not had before with my psoriatic arthritis. I’m now using a CBD cream & frankincense oil. It does help some. I need to try the gloves. I do use the compression socks in cold weather months. Thanks for all this information. Blessings to all of you!
