What are some things that you guys have tried for the psA pain? I have been struggling with it for a while but only recently got diagnosed, let me know what helps you!

Great to hear JulioF10. Something else I find appears to assist is I have at least 6 cherries every morning with my breakfast cereal. People I know that suffer from gout use cherries and find that they assist them also. Worth a try.

Ive been eating a plant based diet with the occasional fish for +10 years, and can say it has reduced the inflammation shenanigans

Hi ThomasBrooke3r, Before you try the carnivore diet would suggest you do a LOT OF RESEARCH . It would appear as though animal protein especially Red meat and Turkey in excess set many people off. Would suggest trying to obtain more protein from plants.As you have probably noticed there is not one FIX for all.Chin up and remember you are not alone.

I just got diagnosed recently as well had it growing since oct of 2022 and it seems to be spreading fast, i had elbow pan and hand pain, i was suggested to to do keto and it has helped alot but its hard to stay strict with it, jordan peterson has claimed the carnivore diet has put his into remission so i willl try that now..
