Hi @A MyPsoriasisTeam Member

No, I haven’t heard of that. I’m generally leery of people who sell products for profit like that. Learning. zinc may help may sell his book, but you can buy zinc anywhere.. Zinc is one of the vitamins many with psoriasis have been shown to be low in. Perhaps look at the other contents of his product? You might find you have extreme low vitamin D, as most people with Pso do. Others known in Pso are Iron, Selenium, the B vitamins (and so getting checked for the MTHFR Gene anomaly can also help. 23 and Me can do that for 99$.)

Working with your GP you can get most of these tests, in fact insurance will cover most as part of an annual checkup. Hope that helps.

Have you tried Psorclear zinc compound capsules? The Author is on Facebook and his book sure is interesting in how he hasn't had "active" psoriasis in many years............."My Life with Psoriasis: The Story of What Finally Worked for Me and Kept Me Clear for over 30 Years"

There’s an excellent book on PPP available on Amazon written by a woman in the Netherlands named Asa Karrman. I believe she has a FB group as well, but the book is worth every cent.
