I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. Hair loss can be a distressing symptom of scalp psoriasis. Here are some key points from the knowledge base that might help:

- Hair Loss: Hair loss, also known as psoriatic alopecia, is common with scalp psoriasis. It's usually temporary, but can be very distressing.
- Causes: Hair loss can occur due to rubbing, scratching, combing, washing, or using chemical treatments.
- Management Tips:
- Haircuts: Some people find that getting a layered, shoulder-length cut helps camouflage bald patches.
- Hair-color Spray: This can be used to cover small patches.
- Washing Frequency: Washing hair every couple of days might help reduce hair loss.
- Consult a Dermatologist: It's important to discuss your symptoms with a dermatologist to rule out other causes like thyroid disease and to get proper care.

Remember, while hair loss can be alarming, it is often temporary and hair usually grows back.

If it's that bad I would go back to the doctor and get clobetasol liquid. I used it you pour it on the plaques and should calm your scalp down. Then use a scalp conditioner I use briogeo scalp conditioner. All natural really helps. Get it on Amazon. Good luck.
