Psoriatic Nail Treatments

Hi i have psoriatic arthritis and psoriatic nails. Iwanted to ask about any nail treatments. I have used steroids before and kerasal nail repair now. Little improvement with kerasal. Been using for 4 months now. Any other suggestions?
