Thank you so much for all the information. I will definitely check it out. I am cautious so don't want to jump into anything crazy but am convinced there are alternatives to drugs!

Yes although I was just reading about taking it with K2. It seems that it's more beneficial although I've been doing 5000 for years by itself. Reading one doc who recommended 10000...yikes... not sure about that!

Yep that darn sugar thing is addictive! Having a hard time with grains.... they're everywhere 😀
