Has Anyone Tried Any Holistic Methods To Treat Psoriasis? Specifically For The Scalp And Face?
@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member, I agree with the moisturizing of the body. Being a licensed cosmetologist, it is imperative we moisturize:) Having the skin conditions, makes it even more important. I have found using clean beauty helps, chemical free and all natural and cruelty free. Also, clean laundry detergent and house cleaning products. It has helped me tremendously. I have the names of products if you are interested. I have never tried red light therapy, unless you are talking about infra-red. I have a wand that I use for pain too. Have a great day😊

What helps me is sunlight, watching my diet and making sure I use gentle cleansing and always moisturizing my skin after bathing. I also have done several red therapy sessions at a local spa...I feel very good after doing them.
