I'm interested in which biologics have worked for others, and what drug combinations they are on. What time would this be? I'm in Ireland! Also, what people do to control the flakes, I was only using Epaderm which stopped all scaling, although I had tried many topical steroids as well. Dovobet and Coaltar

I'm interested in mineral supplementing and good sources -- I know for me I feel sick when I take zinc, and I think the body needs zinc with copper, but I don't know much about it - nor amounts! ....or good sources of absorbable good quality.
