It is part of my regimen for PsA and seems to help. I am also on a biologic injection once a month.

Been on Plaquenil for 10 years....Plaquenil is also known as Hydroxychloroquine....yes, the very same thing they told us NOT to use to cure convid.
Does it work for PsA, PPP and P? Well, I still have the insidious condition so I guess not. However, it does help with pain so it must be doing something right. Then again, I'm also on Methotrexate as well and that, while not curing anything, is actually keeping P in a holding cell, and while not deteriorating, its also not accelerating it either. Mind you, I do have to watch what I eat as sugar is one of the main components in accelerating P. I have also had to learn to NOT stress over things as stress is also a main component in acceleration.
