I take stelara for my psoriasis and I think it helps my joint pain as well

I do not have a rheumatologist but have seen one some years ago and they didn't think it was but it has worsened. I have a biologic injection for my psoriasis and my joint pain improves after I had it. Yes it do think there is a swelling between the knuckles. I have had a lot of problems with my knees. One has some arthritis in it but the main problem is the meniscus tears on both knees. Thankyou

Same. I get cramps on the inside of the arch of my left foot. So painful...

The pain is more severe on my left foot. Feels inflamed. Sometimes my toes feel cramps. At the moment the pain is particularly underneath my foot nearer the inside of the foot. The pain is achy but also sharpish. At night it hurts in bed

I had an MRI and they could see the inflammation, so I was lucky. They started me on Adalimumab but I'm on Taltz now. It was the skin that was worse than the PsA
