It seemed like an overnight thing in March 2020. My whole body was covered with rashes. My dermatologist prescribed Otezla to swallow. Even though it stemmed the rashes, it also nearly killed me as I couldn’t eat all. One day I passed out in my dermatologist’s clinic and he finally accepted to switch. I am now on Tremfya after some time on Stelara. My scars are less and less visible. I haven’t experienced any flares in two years.

Have under my breasts, leg torso crease, private area, butt crack. Literally a pain in the a.. not fun, wear breathable clothing, I don't wear my bra at home. I use steroid cream and powder to stay dry when I break out. I use a biologic that has helped about 80% but will still get flares

My inverse psoriasis started in the stomach fold where I would occasionally get a yeast infection. When the inverse flares I put clobetesol on it but only for a few days. The steroids can break my skin down. I take Skyrizi and it does not rid me of the inverse psoriasis, but the flares are far apart. I have pustular palmer plantar psoriasis as my biggest problem and my biological keeps the plaques small and peeling instead of pustular.

I have to use QV wash prescrbed by the gp for washing and special pants with no elastic and only made of cotton due to genital psoriosis I was also prescribed enstilar foam I put cetraban all over first to soften before applying the enstilar
