I found adding a gelled oil to my skin in the shower helped. I have fragrance issues so I use one from the baby section. Not regular baby oil. " gelled"

Hi there! I use the O’Keefe line of lotions. They’re great and reliable. I use the hand lotion and the foot lotion 2 times a day ( where my psoriasis commonly hangs out ).

Thank you - I have been using ceravee SA cream will relief of itching but the rash remains. I do drink a fair amount of water! Maybe I should try the regular ceravee. I appreciate your advice!

I use ceravee cream, I get it in the tub as I use it so often esp in winter. It really helps but if I don’t drink enough water it doesn’t work as well, you have to hydrate the inside and outside. I also try to do it post shower on damp skin that works best.
