Yes ! I use the heating pad all night and naproxen.! Now I’m getting cortisone shots in my knees . They are too painful and I can’t put weight on them when they’re swollen w synovial fluid .

I used to put ice packs on my chest and heating pad and also pain medicine and naproxenm

Oh wow did you get that many shots all at once ?!! I know this will be temporary I think the effects last only a few weeks ? Then what ? And if you already have damage does a cortisone shot make it worse?
Do you have chest wall pain? I’ve had that as well for the last year and I was basically just left to deal with it . Had to sleep sitting up because it hurt more laying down.

Hi, I had 12 put in my chest wall by my family Dr, and my Rheumatologist got very upset, because it causes bone lost and damage to your bones.♥️🇨🇦♥️
