Losing my hair just as you’re describing has certainly put me in a funk. I rarely leave my house because of it. My family and friends just don’t understand it. One family member told me that the kids( who are my great nieces and nephews) all think I’m crazy. Now if that’s not a kick in the pa-tutti I don’t know what is. I’m truly a fish out of water.

I was on methotrexate for about 6 months and I too lost half my hair. I can’t tie my hair back without wrapping the elastic band around my tiny pony tail about 10 times: used to be twice. Then it slides off because it’s too thin. Who wants that? My scalp also tingled it felt like pins and needles and it gave me vertigo . Since I stopped - no more vertigo and no pins and needles on my scalp. Sadly my hair will take a long time to grow back: I just hope that it does.

I was on it for about 6 months in addition to my Taltz and it made my hair fall out so I stopped it. It did help but loosing all my hair was not something I could handle. Lost about half my volume in that 6 months. Been off it for 6 months and has not come back hoping it will.

I haven't but I will suggest to my Doctor that we give it a try. Thank you for your suggestion. 6 months ago I had long, beautiful and thick hair. That's gone now, I have cut it myself, lord knows I can't draw a straight line. I am embarrassed for myself in my appearance. It's overwhelming for me at this point.
