They keep saying that they haven't gotten some forms..but they've been sent many times and they changed what they don't have! I so frustrated 😠

Beth, give the company who manufactures the medication a call many of them have problems to help you out. I am on Medicare also & need Taltz injections for my psoriasis & the manufacturer gives it to me at no cost because I qualified for their program.
