Hello I had psoriasis for many years. Have you heard of or tried Lauri-Shield activated derma lotion. Lauricidin is made with coconut lipids can be taken internally also. It's made in Goodyear, Arizona by Med-Chem Labs. I read the Candida diet book by Jeffery McCombs and it saved me from taking biological medicine, the author of the book has a website. It's not easy, but I did it.
Best of luck to you
