I have Psoriatic Arthritis and I'm worried that switching from combination thereapy - Otezla/ Humira to Skyrizi alone will cause my psoriasis to flare up bad. has anyone else gone through this? I had United health care before and no issues, now Med mutual of Ohio is putting me through hell

Well, after stopping Otezla for Skyrizi alone, I couldn't walk without severe pain, I was diagnosed with PTTD. Then by June of 2024 the psoriasis on my scalp came back after 14 years of being clear. So after many exhaustive phone calls, letters, preauths, denials, appeals, denials - by October my Otezla was approved. within a month the psoriasis disappeared and by January I can finally walk without assistance and without pain. Now, this year- new insurance carrier, and they are once again denying the Otezla. so no, skyrizi alone did NOT help.
