Do People With Plaque Psoriasis Have Difficulty Sleeping
Good morning,
My husband has had a sleeping issue for years, before psoriasis and worse during outbreaks.
The itch and pain keep him awake, and basically he finally passes out from beIng so tired.
After the past 6 months of the worse outbreak he has ever had getting some relief.
Methotrexate finally starting to work.
Itch is the worse on his back even though the skin is looking really good.
Trying some alternative things now, as I had recent cancer diagnosis and we just want to get healthy and live our best life.
Currently he is finishing 10 days of IVM for parasites. I have to wait until April 26 before I start on IVM.
Black seed oil - use extreme caution and check if your current medications restrict use.
Hypnosis program - more of a medication program.
My husbands complexion has improved significantly, face not grey and sunken sickly looking, might say he is sassy now!
Not saying this is for everyone but after much research have decided to give it a try.
Happy days ahead - warmer weather 🌻
