It is Autoimmune and like with most Autoimmune diseases you have "flares" which means symptoms are worse sometimes more than others...Most people have a lowered immune system and may suffer other illnesses besides just psoriasis...People have inflammation with Psoriasis which can also cause pain....Certain foods that cause inflammation in the body will "worsen" Psoriasis symptoms 👍 I would say excessive sugar would definitely be a main culprit...Sugar free or artificial sugar would be the better alternative...I have used artificial sweetner Stevia, for my Tea...
