You should make sure this swelling is coming from your Psoriasis or PSA = lots of other conditions cause swelling in your ankles and feet. I would see your Dr to rule out any of the other issues that may be heart or circulation issues. Good luck.

2. Hot Therapy:
- Soak in a warm bath for 20 minutes.
- Use a heating pad or apply a moist dishcloth warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds. Heat can help loosen muscles around joints and increase flexibility and circulation.

3. Foot Massage:
- Gently massaging your feet can help improve circulation and reduce swelling.

4. Elevate Your Feet:
- Elevate your feet above the level of your heart to help reduce swelling.

5. Healthy Eating and Exercising:
- Engage in low-impact activities like walking or swimming to strengthen your body without stressing your joints.

6. Consult Your Doctor:
- Talk to your rheumatologist about managing your pain. They can advise on the best medical and at-home treatments and may recommend trying a splint or a brace to reinforce painful joints.

7. Supportive Footwear:
- Wear comfortable, supportive shoes to reduce stress on your feet and ankles.

Remember to listen to your body and rest when needed. If the pain and swelling persist, seek medical advice promptly.
