Anti-inflammatory diet and white willow bark capsules. Heating pads and comfrey salve. absolutely no food dyes and additives. very bad.

I take Duloxetine and it does a pretty good job keeping it under control.

Eat CLEAN! Do your best to steer clear of white foods including rice, potato, sugar!!, bread, wheat, even milk. Nothing processed!!!

Lose weight!

Use a heating pad whenever needed.

Exercise! For me it’s swimming & walking.

Take your meds. Don’t be a martyr. Pain allowed to run rampant is worse for flares. Avoid flares with everything you possibly can!

Consume less alcohol (or none).

Follow The Mediterranean Diet.
