I was on Otezla for it and it cleared up fast then started coming back about 1 year and a half in, then I had same issue as yourself in that insurance would not pay for it

For palmoplantar pustular psoriasis, biologics can be an option if other treatments don't work. Some biologics used for psoriasis include:

- Cimzia (certolizumab pegol)
- Enbrel (etanercept)
- Humira (adalimumab)
- Remicade (infliximab)
- Skyrizi (risankizumab-rzaa)
- Cosentyx (secukinumab)
- Ilumya (tildrakizumab-asmn)
