I eat a lot of Solanaceae. I eat peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and eggplants every day and it has not caused any outbreaks or spread of psoriasis. Similarly, I eat two hard-boiled eggs and white rice every day and it has not affected the disease either. My diet is plant-based (with the exception of eggs) and starches (rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes and legumes). I do not eat fruit, meat or fish (although I occasionally eat sardines). I do not consume salt, sugar or oil of any kind, nor ultra-processed foods. With this diet my psoriasis has remained stable. I have now added probiotics and the skin has improved a little.

I find that Vitamin D3 causes what U are mentioning there CarolK. It's Odd though how everybody seems to Promote/Prescribe it.🤷🏻‍♂️Best thing to do: find out what's causing it & kick it to the Curb!

I'd watch the depression first! Then the fatigue. As a kid mom spread Vaseline on me like butter and wrapped me up for the night. Then dad took us to the ocean every weekend. Soaking with the Dead Sea salts is great, too. Then use a sun lamp carefully. Mom used a flea comb to scrape my scalp for the bigger flakes. All gone my 17. Now 50 years later I am dealing with OA and PsA and still exhaution and depression. I need my left shoulder replaced and both knees. But I am hubby's caregiver so I put it off. Now for an Xmas gift I got vertigo. Meds do not help. If I sit still without moving my eyes much, I am ok. Even to drive! BUT NO Walking! Have your blood drawn every 3 months to detect irregularities. My Sodium has bottomed out? Get plenty of sunshine or D3. Vent here!😁
