I think I’m going to try red light therapy, since I’ve already had a little skin precancer removed.

I live in Ontario, Canada. Right now it's dark by 5pm. I work until then. Other than tanning beds (not) there aren't any sunlight-related treatments available here. Open to other suggestions.
