I too think about that red light often. I have seen a lot of good reviews for the healing red light. Turns out it has to be the right one... It has to be a Combination red light made Up of nanometers & millawatts, not hot, & a device not to be used to close to the skin. Try KW search: RED LIGHT THERAPY😊

Looks like for skin and maybe psoriasis it’s a little less in depth, because it doesn’t need to penetrate as deep.

For more muscle and joint, you’ll need deeper penetration. That’s what I’m having trouble feeling confident on making a purchase.

Wren2 I want one for my plaque psoriasis. I just started taking Cosentyx last Tuesday. Everything I read about this biologic stated that you notice a difference in about 12 weeks. Well while I’m waiting for it to work I need to do something for the constant itching, burning, feeling like something is pricking me and the pain. They have put me on all of the different steroid creams and found out that I’m allergic to them. So I was thinking I would buy one of the lights to help. I just don’t know which one to get. I appreciate you taking the time to talk to me about it.
