Scratch Marks?

I have not posted in a while. I have psoriasis. Along with the places where I have psoriasis I have three places that look like scratches. How do I tell if they are part of the patches of psoriasis?

they should change if psoriasis, take lots of photos, they are so helpful

Try Vaseline and taking Vit- E and lots of C and B's. Rub the E in well.

Mom slathered me with Vaseline and covered it over night. A new Lidocaine patch might take the itch out too.

Scratches or scratch-like marks can sometimes be related to psoriasis. When psoriasis plaques are scratched, they can lead to pinpoint bleeding (known as the Auspitz sign) or worsen the appearance of the affected area. To determine if these marks are part of your psoriasis:

I have not had PS since a teenager, so I do not know what is out there now. But still deal with OA and PsA. I need replacements, but do not want to take the time out away from Dan to do it.
