Hi. I'm Zailee Madrigal, and my psoriasis story began as early as the age of 6-7 years old, and it progressed and got very discomforting. I really flared all over my arms, my shins, just pretty much everywhere. Some facts that I wish people knew about psoriasis is that it is not contagious, and that also weather really affects psoriasis. I've noticed that my psoriasis fluctuates, whether it's the summertime or winter, fall seasons because the air is more dry and cold really affects it.

Also, things that you consume and that you eat can trigger a flare. It is very important to just listen to your body. Look for support communities around you. Don't be afraid to share your story, and to show off your skin. You're not alone in this.
