I use dovobet on my face. Your not supposed but I use it very sparse. I put it on every other night before bed and moisturise with Vaseline moisturiser (Fragrance free one) every morning.

I then use Maybelline satin liquid foundation.And maxfactor facefinity to set during the Summer months or when my face is quote clear.

When my face is red and sore I use Maybelline dream Matt mousse as it is very good coverage and seems to stay on my skin rather than rub off. It never irritates me. I then use Maxfactor creme puff to set it.

I always use a primer first and moisturise before I put make up on.

The best thing to do is draw a red dot on your neck or hidden on your arm. Go to the shop and try the testers If the colour matches your skin, hides the red dot and feels nice, light and doesn't irritate or cause itching after leaving on for a full 24 hours then it will be fine :)

For coverage of psoriasis, I find the NYX brand great. Their foundation called fullest coverage is literally what it says. I've never had something with coverage so great! For a foundation with little irritation I think the BB creams or tinted moisturizers.

For my face treatment wise, I usa exfoliator scrubs even though some people would disagree that the rough process will damage it more, but I find if I use a really good exfoliators scrub with warm water before bed and then apply a mix of hydrocortisone cream and the "forever aloe" brand of aloe propolis cream, it gets to the psoriasis better after the scrub because it removes the scales/drynessdryness and the cream gets to the patches better.

Are you watching your diet? I don't eat tomatoes(or their derivatives), peppers(the worst), aubergine, shellfish, white potatoes(sweet potatoes are fine), beef, paprika. No smoking. If you don't have the book "Healing Psoriasis" by John O. Pagano is an excellent publication. Buy it on e-bay. Hope this helps

hi dont know what foundation you can put on as im a man i use dovogel on my face and you can put it all over your body also you can use betnovate scalp appicatoion the dovo gell is expencive you can only get them fro a doctor or a dermatoloy

I recommend Boots foundation, and tinted moisturizer and in winter I use physicians formula since its fragrance free. Mary Kay for dry skin foundation in the tube is also fabulous.
