Has Anyone Tried A More Natural Approach? If So What Did You Try And What Worked?
After being on Methotrexate and ending up poisoned from it the doctor took me off of it and left me on the humira. The humira has worked great for pain but I am still having joint deformity. I am also starting to notice Lupus symptoms, heart palpitations, eye twitching and personality change. I would like to go off the humira and try something more natural for the rash and pain.
Look into LDN stands for low dose nalextrone. It is not covered by insurance but not expensive. It is made in a medical lab and must be prescribed by a doctor. It has helped me so much.
I tried natural regimens for my psoriasis. Nothing seemed to work.
My Dr prescribed Otezla ( aprimalist) taking orally 2 times daily 30 mlg each. it looks like the red spots are drying out but the scar still there. I am certain that it will fade away someday. He also prescribed Betamethazone Dipropionate ointment USP (Augmented) 0.05% apply on the skin, scalp and belly button.. The combinations of the two is working for me..
Good luck my co-sufferers.
God Bless us All.
I have found Bowen Therapy to be helpful for Psoriatic Arthritis. I could hardly walk and following each session after a day or so I was as I should be for someone my age...walking at a normal pace etc. At present the sessions keep me good for several weeks at a time.
For psoriasis I have found that emulsifying ointment is great. Not homeopathic but better than using steroid cream๐
I purchased a Pure Hazelwood bracelet to relieve Palmoplantar Pustolosis Ezcema on the palm of my hands. I've Been wearing it for about two weeks and I am seeing some improvement.
Just tried coconut oil on belly button that flakes endlessly in and 2" out from there. Costly Dovobet prescrip ran out. Coconut oil seems to help. After 1 night flaking stopped. Might be worth trying. Plus it's great for teeth and gums. ;-) :-)
