You could have your toenails removed surgicaly. I just cut my nails very short and then just file them very thin on the top

Soak your feet in a plastic tub with a mixture of 1/2 Raw - Organic - Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother (you will need to shake it up to mix before you pour in) and 1/2 warm water for 15 minutes. The amounts you use are determined by the size of the tub you use as you want to make sure At the end take your hand and gently rub your feet while in the water and around your toenails. Remove feet and rinse with clean water in your bathtub or shower. Not only does it remove dead skin from your feet and heels, but it softens up the extra skin from psoriasis under your toenails and makes it easy to remove with a nail tool or the foldout metal piece on some fingernail/toenail clippers. I gently remove underneath my toenails and then trim them which doesn't hurt your nail beds as much or damage them because your nails are thinner and softer. I did this twice a week to start and then only once a week to maintain.

I am not trying to violate the rules by pushing a product here, just trying to share a product that I use that works well, is easily available here in the US and is very reasonably priced. I use Braggs Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother. I can pick it up at Walmart for $5.98 for 32 Fl Oz. They do sell other brands and, of course, other places sell it in stores and on-line and they do make larger sizes such as 1 gal as well.

Started soaking my feet in warm water and apple cider vinegar with the mother. After 15 minutes, dead skin easy to get off and scrape under my toenails and file, paint. Works great
