That is a wonderful idea but I wonder if they could counteract all of my allergies I would not be able to eat, drink or breathe. I truly believe that most of our health problems stem from allergic reactions, either man made or natural.
Anybody agree?
Enjoy your weekend and be blessed.

Cheers Art515…I really appreciate the advice.
To be honest meditation is something that I’ve never considered previously…but it might be worth a try.
Worrying about work/marriage falling apart did give me to wonder whether it was affecting my mental health a bit…but (not trying to be flippant here) I managed to ‘pull myself together’ and carry on the best I can…😎

About 6 years ago I had various tests/drugs/biopsies to try to help me out.
I was so badly covered in this dreadful disease that I was hospitalised and woken on the hour and applied in ointment all over to try and ease the pain…..after it calmed down, although I was still plagued by the it, I had to return to work.
I was taking many pills, one in particular meant I had to stay out of the sun (not usually a problem in Stockport! but we were in the middle of a heatwave).
…also I was ridiculously dehydrated and just drinking bottles and bottles of water constantly.
The biopsies were very painful and took about a month to properly heal.
All in all none of it seemed to do any good and, as usual…it eventually just (mostly) disappeared.
All this to my mind increased stress so much that I had a series of mini strokes and cost me my job (made to retire early) and it finished my marriage (which was fair enough as I was probably a nightmare to live with)
I’m currently recovering again from a very bad attack but this time didn’t even mention it to my doctor as it seems it does what it wants….the good news is that I’m slowly recovering and briefly left my apartment today for the first time in a month….👍😎
